Chicken Fettuccine: Frank’s pulled chicken served in a creamy Alfredo sauce with Frank’s special seasonings over fettuccine noodles
Pork Roast: Thinly sliced pork smothered in brown gravy with onions accompanied with a wild rice
Chicken Madeline: Grilled chicken breast topped with spinach and artichoke
Smothered Beef Tips: Slow cooked sirloin smothered in gravy, mushrooms and onions
Chicken and Pork Jambalaya: Smoked chicken and pork roast
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo: Homemade gumbo with chicken, sausage & okra.
